I've been asked three or four times why I bothered to make cupcakes with chocolate in them if I can't eat them... (I'm allergic to choc!!) But I couldn't resist making these... once again I've been wanting to make Mocha cupcakes for a longgg time so here we are!! Been wanting to use my special blue serving plate too...Last night a couple of friends came over for dinner (chicken and spinach lasagne) and this was the special dessert! Not sure how they tasted as I can't eat them myself but there's only 2 left so they must have been edible :P
These were made with real espresso shot in the cake mixture and coffee in the icing too for proper Mocha flavouring! The sprinkled topping is Flake which was a last minute addition! :)
the cupcakes looks sooooooo delicious and just for the rest of the world to know, it tastes sooooooooo delicious too. (:
