My first try with cupcakes that's something other than chocolate or vanilla!! They don't look as pretty as I wanted them to be, but they're going to taste awesome! And... that's what counts most right? :D
I used lemon zest and freshly squeezed lemon juice (thank you mum for the jucicer!) in the mixture and lemon juice again for the icing. I'm thining next time I'll colour the icing as well to make them super-bright to match the flavour!
