This afternoon I invited my mum and sister over for tea and the grand tour of my new apartment! Alas, I didn't have anything to serve with the tea and so making these cupcakes was very much a last minute decision!
Unfortuntely the new place was without mixing bowls... How did my new roommate live like this?!?! Even though I had very little time, I had to walk to the shops and pick some up! I may have also bought some new and very pretty mini cupcake cases too....
These cupcakes were made by altering a vanilla packet mixture. I used ground coffee and vanilla essence for added flavour to make them very vanilla-lattesque....
