Say hello to a Lemon Meringue cupcake bought from Coffee Fix Cafe at Carindale. Really light and fluffy cupcakey goodness with a slightly bitter gooey lemon centre and topped with marshmellowy meringue!Very yummy... wish I could say the same for my coffee from there... 2cm froth on a flat white? This little cupcake almost made up for my terrible coffee!
