Mini chocolate cupcakes with pretty pink swirly icing! I made these especially to bribe some employees at a work meeting this afternoon and I have to say it worked pretty well! I don't eat chocolate at all so when the recipe produced 48 of these little cupcakes, I admit I was worried there would be a few left over! I really didn't have to worry at all... my chocolate cupcakes were a hit and I went home with an empty tupperware container.

Mini chocolate cupcakes with pretty pink swirly icing! I made these especially to bribe some employees at a work meeting this afternoon and I have to say it worked pretty well!
