Lemony Cupcakes

My first try with cupcakes that's something other than chocolate or vanilla!! They don't look as pretty as I wanted them to be, but they're going to taste awesome! And... that's what counts most right? :D

I used lemon zest and freshly squeezed lemon juice (thank you mum for the jucicer!) in the mixture and lemon juice again for the icing. I'm thining next time I'll colour the icing as well to make them super-bright to match the flavour!

Purple CuppyCakes

I was talked into making over 50 cupcakes for my sister's friends birthday... okay she didn't really have to talk me into it! Any excuse to make LOTS of cupcakes is good for me!!! There were both pink and purple ones but here is just a littttle bit of a sample :)

Superman Cupcakes

Made for my very best friend's birthday many many years ago... Light vanilla cupcake base with super bright blue icing! The Superman logos came from children's party favours found on ebay! You can't see it here but the cupcake cases were also Superman design :)
