I just spent the morning catching up with an old friend who was in town for a few days... We decided to go for coffee (and tea) at the local Shingle Inn because it was close by and has amazing desserts! We weren't disappointed! I had a lovely tasting (but perhaps with a bit too much froth) flat white and a delicious cupcake!It was described as a Passion Cupcake so I assumed it would have a passionfruit flavour to it, but it actually tasted on vanilla! I'm not complaining at all - my all time favourite cake is vanilla and this one tasted wonderful!
My friend had a Charlotte cake and English Breakfast tea and we spent over 2 hours catching up and talking about our recent travels! :)
